This is to enable faster, more efficient replies when those shareholders that have been unable to read these pages, text UPS-HQ and ask for a bespoke update. We used to be happy and eben enjo that. But we are now past “volunteer-burnout”. Plus we need to devote the maximum amount of wat volunteer levels we have to SELLING the UPS ssets and getting our members to and past the PAYDAYS.
The Tod Head Lighthouse syndicate is Russ and the UPS-HQ team’s effort to get Unique Property Syndicates back on track after a horrendous period of misery. Where the lethal Covid pandemic took one of our crew and injured another, Then then the ferry accident caused our MD to encounter residual post-stroke-fatigue problems.
But raher than draww up a very long list of disruptive matters, many of which have affected the majority of our readers and/or shareholders, we are re-structuring the UPSpage so that it contains a LOT more updates/Bulletins. But of much sorter narrative.
The UPS-HQ Team’s job is to retuurn us to normalit and as a proprity get all syndicates to paydays in spite of EVERY syndicate encountering nymerous post-Covid and traceable problems.
